Jhansi Fort:
The Jhansi Fort located upon a rocky hill was built originally by Raja Bir Sngh Ju Deo in 1613. Today, it houses a collection of sculpture and provides an excellent insight into the eventful history of Bundelkhand.
Visiting hours: 0800 to 1700.
Rani Mahal:
This was the palace of Rani Laxmibai. A fine collection of sculptures belonging ro the period between 9th centuries AD has been housed here by the Archaeological Survey of India.
State Museum:
The Museum has collections of terracotta, bronzes, sculptures, sculptures, arms, manuscripts, paintings and coins of gold, silver and copper.
Closed on Mondays and second Sundays of every month
Visiting hours: 6th April to 30th June. 07.30 to 012.30 hrs.
1st July to 15th April: 10.30 to 16.30 hrs.
