Reception
and Registration Desk:
Patents are requested to contact the
reception counter which function round the clock, for registration.
On
registration the patient will be issued a card with the registration
number to be used for all future references and consultation. In case of
an emergency, the patient will be admitted into the emergency ward,
stabilized and later shifted to a suitable room. There is a facility for
one attendant to stay with the patient in the room. Patients under 5 years
will be allowed two attendants.
Payment:
On
admission an initial deposit will be collected. This will be adjustedin
the final bill. Payment can be made by cash/DD/credit cards. Patients who
opt for the package deal will pay the specified amount in full before
admission.
Customer satisfaction is of prime importance.
Patients needing any guidance may contact this department. Special nurses
can be arranged through the Nursing Supervisor. A 24 hour pharmacy si
available. Toom rent is inclusive of diet for the patient. An in house
laundry service is available for patients and their attendants at an extra
cost. A 24 hr NSD/ISD facility is available. So are Internet, Fax and
e-mail facilities. Safe deposit lockers are available on request.
